The In-Play Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) released its quarterly integrity update for the second quarter of 2026. The organization logged 76 suspicious betting alerts across nine monitored sports during the three-month period.

Football generated the highest volume of flagged events, accounting for 25 of the total alerts. The remaining notifications were spread across eight additional athletic disciplines included in the association’s tracking scope. Each alert indicates a potential integrity incident that requires further review by the relevant sporting authorities.
The quarterly assessment follows IBIA’s established monitoring procedure, which aggregates wagering data from licensed operators to identify irregular betting patterns. Confirmed cases are subsequently forwarded to the corresponding sports federations for verification and potential regulatory action. Source: iGaming Express.
